This tiny parcel of land has amazing views of downtown LA and is situated on a downslope. In order to take advantage of the new ADU ordinance, most of the lot will be used for dwelling. However, each structure has a large roof deck with views of downtown LA and the neighboring hills. In order to maximize the livable area, a basement with habitable space has been added.
