Located underneath the iconic Westfield San Francisco Centre Dome, La Boulange opened its flagship location in 2013. While serving its iconic pastries and coffees, this location added a wine bar as well. This was a tricky project since maintaining sight lines to the surrounding retail was a priority for the shopping center. Another challenge was working out the operations since there was a remote kitchen and no adjacent restrooms. At the end of the project, we created a space that made tenant, landlord, and most importantly, customers, happy.
